We create B2B videosthat grow your pipeline while positioning you as the #1 authority in your market.
What we build out
A funnel for your video pipeline — so month to month you can see which videos brought leads in.
Strategy, scripts, production, distribution. Plus the plain-numbers proof of which videos booked calls.
About one hour if our spokesperson carries it. We handle everything else.
Anyone on your team, our spokesperson, or both. Full production, or your own phone.
Content was supposed to build pipeline. Instead it built you a second job.
And the ground moved under it. Your buyers now research on YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and in AI answers. By the time they reach your site, the decision is mostly made. If you're not in those places, you don't exist to them.
You became the video department
Nobody hired you to source freelancers, chase edits and write hooks. You do it anyway, on top of the job you were actually hired to do.
You bought the beautiful one-off
The launch video shipped, looked great, touched nothing. It wasn't built from what your buyers search, so it had nowhere to land.
Your buyers search. You're not there.
Before anyone books a call, they run the searches: Google, YouTube. The shortlist gets built from what shows up. Without you.
Nothing ships consistently
Topics get guessed in a meeting, then production stalls. Video only compounds when it ships on a cadence, so the pipeline stays lumpy.
The #1 source AI answers cite is a video site.
When Google’s AI answers your buyer, these are the domains it quotes. Video isn’t decoration in that world — it is the top of the reading list, and what AI reads off a video is its transcript.
The TRACE Loop.
Four stages that feed each other: what booked calls last month decides what we make next. That's why month six outperforms month one.
The topic map: your buyers’ real questions, ranked by demand and the gaps AI answers leave open. Nothing gets made on a hunch.
Every video scripted word-for-word from your expertise. The transcript becomes the text Google and AI engines rank you by. You approve before we shoot.
Anyone on your team, coached and directed, or we provide the spokesperson.
Shoot, edit, motion graphics, thumbnails: flagship videos and platform-native cutdowns.
Every channel your buyers touch, mapped and set up, every asset cut native for it. Want the posting handled too? That is the Video Department.
The plain-numbers report: no vanity dashboards, just which video booked which call, and what it cost.
Every stage before this is something an agency can sell you. This is the stage that closes the loop, and the one most teams never get shown.
What each stage puts in your pipeline.
Most agencies hand you videos. We hand you the pipeline they produce, and the numbers behind every one.
We find what your buyers search. Then we make you the answer.
Every question your market types into Google, YouTube and the AI assistants, ranked by buying intent and by who already owns the answer. You rank for the ones worth winning.
See how we pick topics →The formula that keeps people watching
Knowing your subject is not the same as being watchable. Every script runs the same structure: a hook that earns the next ten seconds, the proof, the plan, one clear ask. That structure is what turns an expert into booked demos.
See the production pipeline →Get seen → get known → get trusted → get booked. Every path attributed.
One topic, cut for every place your buyers look
A single recording becomes a cluster: the long-form pillar where they search, shorts where they scroll, the written version where AI reads. Same topic, cut native for each platform, so one idea compounds across eight channels instead of dying on one. Every cut lands sized, captioned and written for its channel — and on the Video Department tier we post it for you.
See the distribution map →You see which video booked which call
What got watched, who showed up, what touched pipeline. The winner picks next month’s topic; the rest get retired.
See the plain-numbers report →Your pipeline, in the open.
Every cut to sign off before it ships. Every lead tagged to the video that made it. The plain-numbers attribution behind all of it.
Your part is 2–4 hours on camera a month. About one if our spokesperson carries it. The engine runs everything else.
A video just booked a call.
every lead arrives tagged to the video that made it, in Slack, email, or straight into your CRM
The numbers this engine produced.
Real programs, real reporting.
Each tile is one video and the money it made. Closed means a signed contract. Influenced means the video touched the deal on its way to closing. Every number counts new customers only, over a stated time window. And every format on this board is one we build for clients today.
Every video has a job.
A sample of recent work for different clients: product videos, launches, customer stories, paid social and search ads, VSLs, ongoing content. We choose the format from the result you're after — not video for video's sake. Press play on any of them.
What video does at the top of the funnel.
Own the search and that traffic turns into booked demos, leads and downloads. Ship the right feature video and the category talks about it. Both are below — real comments, nothing staged.

Our launch video · 1:13

Your expert on camera. Or ours.
Put your expert in front of the lens and we’ll make them good at it. Or never appear at all: our in-house spokesperson carries it for you.
Your people, made good. We write every word and direct every take.
Or our talent, included. Our in-house spokesperson, briefed on your product.
For anything you ship. Launches, UGC, VSLs, ads, weekly content.
Never just a talking head. Graphics, product UI and captions built in after the shoot.
Be the answer when buyers search.
Your buyers ask Google, YouTube and the AI assistants long before they ever reach your site. Whoever answers gets the call. Right now that is someone else in your category. The engine makes it you. It works fastest in niche markets, where there are fewer credible voices and everyone asks the same handful of questions.
What it costs.
Public pricing on purpose. No annual lock-in. Start where the risk is smallest and grow into the engine.
Strategy call
We look at your category, your buyers' search behavior, and where the gaps are.
- An honest read on whether the engine fits you
- Even if we're not a fit, you leave with a plan
- If we're not the right shop, we'll say so and point you somewhere better
One-Time Video
One video, done properly — cut for every channel you want it on.
- Script, direction, production, finish: all senior
- 3–5 platform-native cutdowns from the same shoot
- Delivered ready to post — every cutdown sized, captioned and written for its channel
The Pipeline Engine
Pipeline from video, every month, without hiring a video team. No separate install required.
Where you land in the range: volume, how many channels your category actually needs, and whether our spokesperson carries the camera. Scoped on the call and fixed in writing before anything starts.- What you get, every month:
- The TRACE Loop end to end (research, production, distribution, attribution), monthly — we set your channels up and hand you every asset ready to post
- 2–4 long-form videos + platform-native cutdowns a month — it varies, placed where your buyers already are — we map that first, then take the channels your category has left open (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, blog & email)
Everything else included · 4 moreShow less
- The exact mix depends on your category — B2B leans long-form, B2C/DTC flips toward short-form. We map yours on the call.
- Our in-house spokesperson, included. Your team on camera, ours, or both — if you have the person, great; if not, we are the person.
- The Glass Box: your team gets the board, the clip library and the plain-numbers attribution report
- 2–4 hours of your month, or about one with our spokesperson
The Video Department
We own your entire video function: more volume, more surface, priority everything.
- Everything in the engine, plus:
- 4–8 long-form videos + platform-native cutdowns a month — double the engine
- We run distribution and do the posting — every channel, every week, handled by us. You do not touch a publish button.
- AI-search ranking: be the answer when your buyers ask AI in your category
Everything else included · 5 moreShow less
- Full-funnel scripts: every stage from first search to ready-to-close
- Multiple product lines or brands under one roof
- The spokesperson carries every line — one consistent face across all of them, or your own people where you want them
- Monthly strategy + competitor teardown: double down on what converts
- Priority production · a direct line · quarterly planning
Two guarantees, both in writing.
1 · Delivery. Every deliverable has a written date. Miss one and we keep working free until it ships. A delivery obligation, not a refund gimmick.
2 · Traction. If the engine hasn’t produced qualified inbound conversations by the month we put in writing in your agreement (with you holding up your 2–4 hours a month), your next month is on us. We can’t promise what your market pays; we can promise we won’t leave you flat.
If the engine adds one or two clients a month, it pays for itself. At enterprise deal sizes, a single closed deal can cover most of a year.
Questions, answered.
How much of our time does it actually take?
If you're on camera: 2–4 hours a month: one 2–3 hour recording session, scripted and directed for you, plus approvals from your phone. If our spokesperson carries it: about an hour. If you've ever managed a freelancer, you've spent more than that on a single revision thread.
Will you use our name in your marketing?
Only with written approval, never by default. You may notice this page cites numbers, not client names. That's the policy working. If you'd rather stay unnamed forever, that's fine, and we'll put it in the contract.
What if it doesn't work?
Two honest answers. First, the guarantee: every deliverable has a written date, and if we miss one we keep working free until it ships. Second, the part nobody can guarantee: your market's response. Months 1–2 are installation: deliverables still ship on written dates, so you see work landing while the audience builds. Traction typically shows months 3–4, and compounding follows. Anyone promising ranked-and-converting in two weeks is lying to you. If you need pipeline that fast, we'll tell you on the call that this is the wrong product.
Who exactly does the work?
Senior people only, and you meet them. Fred, ten years building and measuring this system inside Buildium, runs research, direction and attribution. Our in-house professional spokesperson, provided when your team doesn’t want the camera. Actors available when the brand calls for a cast. No juniors, no hand-offs, no account managers between you and the people doing the work.
How fast until something is live?
First content is live inside 30 days: research, roadmap, and your first batch produced and published. Results run on a different clock. If you already have traffic or an audience, the on-site layer usually produces conversations in the first month. Starting from zero, plan on about 90 days before the library is doing real work — long-form compounds, and compounding takes time. We would rather tell you that now than sell you a month-one miracle.
Can we start with just videos, not the whole system?
Yes. Start with a one-time video (same crew and standard behind the full engine) and see the work before you commit to anything monthly. Most clients start with one piece and grow into the engine once they've seen it work. You’re never forced into the full stack to get value.
Are we locked into a contract?
No annual lock-in. The engine is month-to-month: cancel anytime with notice before the next cycle. The one-time video is exactly that. And you keep every deliverable either way: the videos, the library, the roadmap are yours whether you continue or not.
Book a strategy call
Thirty seconds of context, then pick your time.
Thirty minutes. A straight answer.
Your category, your buyers' search behavior, and what the engine would produce for you. Not a fit? We'll say so.
We look at what you've already published. You prep nothing.
Thirty minutes on what you've tried and what we'd do next.
You leave with a clear direction: run it with us or in-house.
